Tailgating with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The NFL gameday experience is so much more than just making your way to your seat and taking in the action. For many fans, the highlight of the day is what takes place before, during, and sometimes after the game. Welcome to the world of an NFL tailgate. In this post I’ll be sharing with you what it’s like tailgating with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Let’s go tailgating with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers!

If Tailgating is something you want to try out, there are a couple of ways you can do it. You can come do it yourself and literally bring everything. Your gazebo, your table and chairs, all the food you can carry. If you don’t have the furniture yourself, that’s fine, that’s where Tailgate Guys, can step in – they literally provide you with everything, you just bring your own food and drink.

Now, the Buccaneers actually have their own tailgate packages where you can be part of the Buccaneers Veranda Tailgate Party. It takes place before each and every regular season home game starting two hours before kickoff.

What do you get?

Well, in this package you get to hang out in a designated veranda tailgate area right outside Raymond James stadium, you get to enjoy their all-you-can-eat buffet (beer, wine, soda, and water included and you’ll even be able to listen to live band performances.

It’s not that bad price wise either. If you’re a season pass member, or in a group of 10 people or more, it’s $35 per person. For individual attendees or groups under 10, you’re looking at $45 per person which is still reasonable for everything you get.

The only thing to keep in mind is you won’t be served ID unless you can show your passport, so do keep that in mind. No ID, no alcohol.
